Principal Consultant

Oliver Kibbel, Principal Consultant of CPST brings more than 25 years of senior project planning, scheduling, and project controls experience across infrastructure, water, energy, aviation, defence, and industrial projects. Having led planning on major programs and complex capital works, Oliver combines contractor‑side pragmatism with client‑side discipline to stabilise delivery, uplift performance, and drive confident decision‑making. As Director of CPST, he provides hands‑on, senior‑only advisory support—helping project owners, contractors, and government teams build clarity, structure, and certainty from early planning through to commissioning.
